I wanted to offer a space where women could finally exhale.
A space to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with what truly matters.
Set in a private villa overlooking the Aegean Sea, our retreat in Mykonos was designed to help you remember what it feels like to truly rest.
Each day unfolds with intention: sunrise Pilates that awakens your body gently, group therapy circles that open your heart, and long, unhurried meals filled with laughter and presence.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about allowing yourself to be.
